So I just bought a used trainer for my bike. It’s going to be great for the winter when I can’t get out riding. Since it’s “new,” I’ve been using it the past few days to get the hang of it. It’s not the same as riding a bike, but it’s not bad though. It still kicks your ass and makes you sweat, probably more than when you’re on a bike (well depending on where you’re riding). The trick to a successful ride on the trainer is to find a good video to watch. I found this one:
