I was at Flywheel for the longest time. They are a good service. But they lost their personal touch when the were acquired by WPEngine.

I recently moved 40 sites to [Rocket.net](https://rocket.net/?ref=nthinjz)
*(affiliate link)*. And I’m very happy with them.

Just yesterday, I stupidly deleted a former client’s site without first grabbing a backup. I thought I was toast. Nope, Ben the CEO came to rescue. He found the deleted files and I now have them safe.

Lessons to learn:

1. Save your backups before taking them off the server
2. Find a good host that has your back
