Let’s get this out of the way. I stand with Israel and its people after this horrific attack.
Yesterday morning Israel was attacked by Hamas who invaded Israel in the south by air, sea, and land.
The terrorists not only took over some Israeli territory, but kill innocent civilians and took hostages back into Gaza.
I’m not going to mince words, Israel is in its right to fight back.
Has the government of Israel always been in the right with how they treat the Palestinians? Absolutely not. But let’s not make this about that. This is as close of a direct attack from Iran on Israel than from a terrorist group.
Hamas is backed by Iran. They are funded and supplied by Iran. Iran has made it clear that it wants to destroy Israel into oblivion.
Sadly, both the Palestinians and the Israeli citizens are caught in the cross fire between governments that don’t have their best interests at heart.
Netanyahu and his government missed intelligence about this attack. Plain and simple. This is pathetic, because Mossad and Shin Bet are some of the best intelligence agencies in the world.
Maybe if Netanyahu wasn’t trying to overhaul the judiciary in Israel, this attack would have been thwarted.
The BDS (Boycott, Divest, Sanction) movement who sees Israel as evil for what it’s doing to the Palestinian people are shortsighted and depraved.
I’m not saying this would happen, but if Gazans and West Bankers would stop putting Hamas and Hezbollah (the Lebanese-backed) militant group on pedestals, maybe, just maybe we could get to a two state solution.
A two state solution is what I want and most of the world wants.
What is happening right now is terrifying and horrific.
I stand with the Israeli people.
