During the pandemic I needed a laptop. They were hard to find. So even though I knew that Dell’s consumer-grade laptops had issues I ordered one.
Man, this was a mistake! Luckily I got a 4 year extended warrenty with it, because I’ve used it.
Four bad RAM chips, one bad SSD. It’s been truely “DELL HELL!”
Right now, I’m resetting my computer’s OS in hopes that it will fix the lagging problem that I get almost daily.
I hear great things about Asus and will get a Zenbook next time.
Dell Support, though through Twitter/X, has been great though. But this is probably because they need to be.
