First day of Fediforum had Anil Dash as the keynote speaker.
His talk was eye-opening and a call to support the Open Social Web.
I’ll post the video of his talk here when it’s released. It was so good!
Tomorrow is the first of two 1/2 days at the online Open Social Web conference, FediForum! It usually happens twice a year and I love getting together with like-minded smart people to talk about the OSW, the Fediverse, and ATmosphere.
I’ll post my thoughts here, the blog area of this site, and on my Indieweb or Encryptr.net profiles. (Both are PhillyCodeHound).
Well this was wild. My web mention alert system over at AlertMouse.com just told me that I’m in the Top 50 podcasts in entrepreneurship on Goodpods.com. That’s great news and it just so happens to land on International Podcast Day! That’s even sweeter!

A local mall by me is closing in October.
The Neshaminy Mall, Bensalem, PA, is closing and will be demolished in December.
It’s an end of an era. Seeing mall culture die, being a child of the 90s, makes me sad.
I never was one of those kids that got dropped off at the mall by their parents and left on my own, but I loved going to mall with my parents and friends.
