Sometimes Getting Out Of The Office Is The Best Thing
I love my office at Stacks Co. in Doylestown. I like the sense of community and the hustle and bustle. But I need to remember that sometimes getting out of the office is good too.
Today I went down to Carneys Point Township in New Jersey to visit a client of mine with my team.
It was about an 1 hour and 15 minutes away from Doylestown, but the drive was rather easy. Not a whole lot of traffic and quite nice with Spotify blasting.
I’ve noticed ever since moving into Stacks, I prefer to stay in and not travel all around. I often forget what it’s like to get out in the world.
Today was fun and now I’m back in my office getting work done.
Do you feel content taking calls via Zoom, Skype, or the phone and not traveling out? If this is the case, make a point of going to see a client or a colleague away from the office. Trust me it’ll feel great.
