So I’m trying to wake up early to get a jump on the day. Today I managed to get up at 5am and get my morning started. ?
I’m a big fan of Amy Landino. She’s a YouTuber, author, and author of two books. The latest being Good Morning Good Life. Where she talks about how a proper morning routine helps get the day off to a great start.
I plan on writing a full review when I’m done the book, but so far it’s fantastic and full of great tips on making the most out of your mornings.
So, I’m up. I’m blogging, which I’m trying to do daily as a practice and brain exercise. So far I’ve been regular with the blogging. Not necessarily every day (though there was 20 day streak ?, cue the ninja kitty powers ??).
I did my lemon water (which was quite a shock to my system, in a good way).
Two iced coffees down the hatch and a bowl of instant oatmeal and I’m ready to start the day.
