Back home from Vermont. It was a decent trip. Now we’re getting ready for the first day of school tomorrow.
Fun times.
All I can say is that I’m glad he’s back in school. Finally!
Fun-ish day in Stowe today.
Tomorrow we head home to Pennsylvania. A 6-hour drive that will take us 8 hours due to bathroom breaks.
It’ll be good to be back. But not excited to wake up early on Tuesday to get the kiddo to school for 8th grade.

Had a fun day in Burlington today. Such a wonderful city. The lake is so nice.

Finally made it to the Switchback Brewing Company! I love their ale. It’s my favorite beer!
The weather is nice here in Stowe VT. Wish we could get the kiddo moving so we can actually do something. Why are teenagers so difficult. My God. Is it just my kid? I know it’s not, but geezus, it sure feels that way!
All he does in complain put up a fight. Ugh. I hope this is just a phase.

And yes, it’s not lost on me that the day after we get back from VT the kiddo is off to 8th grade. We’re nuts!
What I use AI for is to build stuff that I can verbally “design” but can not code. Or can’t code easily.
This stopped me in my tracks! I went to Bluesky and was greeted by this. I had to save it and share it here. Very true. I patriotic about the US. I think we still can be the best it can be, but we’re far from it right now. We need to get DJT out of office.
